The first project in the Tide for a Cause Project is the ESL Series. Our first project for this initiative will be a collaboration between Tidal Brewing Company, Hernando County's Environmentally Sensitive Lands (ESL), and Roots Creative Company.

We are happy to announce that over the course of the next two years, we are bringing five limited-edition beers to the taproom representing each of the five main preserves here in Hernando County. Each beer will be accompanied by a special event and beer release.

The Launch Party
Join us on May 6 at Tidal Brewing Company to try Cypress Lakes Hazy Pale Ale. This brew is aged on Cypress wood is our first beer release inspired by the Cypress Lakes Preserve!

Michael Singer, the Director of the Hernando Environmentally Sensitive Lands Program, will be in the taproom to chat and answer any questions you may have about the program or various preserves across the county!
