Join us Wednesday Feb 12th, at Tidal Brewing Co., for a fun-filled Valentine’s Charcuterie Workshop! Learn the art of crafting beautiful, delicious charcuterie boards with a romantic twist. Perfect for a date night, girls' night, or a sweet gift for your loved one.

Participants will learn to artfully arrange a variety of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments, into the shape of a visually stunning Christmas tree. Our workshops combine culinary skills with creativity, making them perfect for food enthusiasts and those looking to elevate their hosting game.

Workshop includes, perfect pairing suggestions, assembly instruction, assortment of hand picked artisanal premium cheeses, gourmet meats, seasonal fruits, crackers/jam, accompaniments, and utensils. Everyone will bring their beautifully handcrafted charcuterie trees home to share with family and friends.

Registration begins at 7:30 pm the night of with the show kicking off at 8 pm. Sets will be limited to 5 minutes.

Because of the nature of this show, it is encouraged that children under the age of 18 are left at home or parents can also take advantage of our outside seating area during the show.

IT'S RYAN'S 40TH BIRTHDAY! There's no better way to celebrate this very special event than with an open mic comedy show. We're bringing in a guest host for the night, Tom Nickola!

We will be welcoming amateur comics from the area to showcase their talents. Sunshine Sliders food truck will be onsite until 6 pm.

Comedians can pre-register any time before the day of the event by direct messaging Ryan Cleveland or Tom Nickola. Otherwise, registration begins at 4:30 pm the day of with the show kicking off at 5 pm. Sets will be limited to 5 minutes.
