Come learn the art of charcuterie 101, and how to create your own charcuterie letters or numbers, while we sip handcrafted drinks in the tap room. If you’re ready for a fun night out while learning the art of charcuterie, this workshop is for you!

Workshop includes, perfect pairing suggestions, assembly instruction, assortment of hand picked artisanal premium cheeses, gourmet meats, seasonal fruits, crackers/jam, accompaniments, and utensils. Everyone will bring their beautifully handcrafted charcuterie letters/numbers home to share with family and friends.
