I am so excited to offer my first charcuterie workshop hosted at Tidal Brewing Company. Join me as I will be leading a 90 minute hands-on workshop, where you will learn to create your own gourmet and visually stunning, “insta worthy” charcuterie . We will explore everything from cheese selections, placement and pairings, fruit cuttings, as well as the popular “salami rose” technique.
